Connection error. API Imbachat.com could not connect to your site, please check

    I have installed imbachat 2.7.0 on WordPress Version 5.8.1 + BuddyPress environment.

    I keep getting the error
    Connection error. API Imbachat.com could not connect to your site, please check your server settings

    I have setup account on the imbachat, created a widget, with number XXXX. When I enter the Connect to Widget with the entered number, I get this error. When I try to create a new Widget from the WordPress plugin, I also get the same error.

    I have already checked SSL, I have a Comodo Positive SSL for the site, and the site is already working well with HTTPS without any issue.

    Please help
