connection error

  • Hi, we are trying to whitelist our sites ip address so our email host doesn’t block smtp connections.

    Our host have asked

    Do you have the IP address of the SMTP server where the mail is originating so we can make the appropriate DNS changes here?

    Our plugin serves only as a bridge between your site and your server. What SMTP settings have you entered in the settings?
