• The plugin’s great until my WordPress site started to crash frequently. Turns out, my WP_OPTIONS table grew because it was loaded with IRP_POSTs. Not using this anymore.

  • When you select the non-default “Keep links static once inserted” option in your settings, the options table is used to store the information for each post.

You can remove all IRP_POST entries from the options table simply by unchecking this option.

We’ve tried to advise all users of this side effect by including this warning: “(this setting increases the load on your database)“. I’m sorry you did not see this.

Can you please tell me where this option is located? ““Keep links static once inserted” “ It is not in the plugin.

In the admin dashboard, go to “Settings >> Inline Related Posts”.

In the “Settings” tab, about halfway down the page, you will find a checkbox that says “Keep links static once inserted (this setting increases the load on your database).

This checkbox is unset by default.
