connection between Mailchimp & WooCommerce

Hey Guys,

i’ve got a Problem with the connection between Mailchimp and WooCommerce.

I want to set up a FollowUp process with MailChimp & WooCommerce. I already installed WooCommerce at WordPress and the Plugin for the communication between MailChimp and WooCommerce also. For Mailchimp I’ve got an upgrade, so the Automation can be used.
The aim is that customers of my free eBook enter a Salesfunnel in which they should be tagged, if they buy something, if they not buy, if they click or not click. Because of the previous action they should be classified in various newsletter campaigns.
Until now, I adjusted the Systems, so that a customer who buys the product directly at my homepage, appears in the right list at Mailchimp.
But the communication between Mailchimp and WooCommerce doesn’t works, so that the eCommerce Data won’t be send from WooCommerce to Mailchimp. I can’t measure, if somebody converts from the list of the free eBook to the fee-based product.
For the Automation process at Mailchimp i can’t select the eCommerce-fields, because they are grayed out. What can be the reason for this?
I chatted with a counselor from Mailchimp and she said,thats a problem at WooCommerce.

Does anybody have experience with the connection between this systems?
