Hello @kklo
?The synchronism of users, are they only for users related to a course in Moodle or are all users even without courses also imported into WordPress?
_ Edwiser Bridge plugins support user synchronization even for users without courses.?I’m believing it’s a bug in the system, because it’s not working.
_ We suspect this is a site-specific issue.
_ If this is a bug-related issue then all users with this same plugin version would have experienced this problem.? If I shut down my computer and restart this connection an error appears as described above. Is this common?
_ This is not common. Kindly share a video walkthrough or screengrabs to help us replicate this issue on our local site.We are looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

Hi, @dharmeshbarot
The images were made after installation. I turned off the PC to restart and recorded the video.
Thanks
Hello @kklo
Thank you for the screen grabs and the video walkthrough.
This appears to be the site’s configuration-related issue.
Please check the following site configuration and share the settings screen grabs for our reference.
? Visit your WordPress site. In the WordPress site, go to ‘settings ? Permalink’. In Permalinks, please check if the selected permalink is ‘Post name’
? Check if you have any security plugins in WordPress which are blocking the API requests. If yes, then test the connection by disabling those plugins or by white-listing your Moodle IP in the WordPress security plugin.
? Check all courses on the Moodle site (Category/Sub-Category Wise) and ensure no course is incomplete with “Copying/Restoration” in progress state. Either delete the course or restore it completely.
? If you have any middleware used for caching like Cloudflare, then please allow requests from the Moodle IP or add page rule for this URL: siteurl/wp-json/edwiser-bridge
? Check with your server management team for Moodle and WordPress and ensure that you have whitelisted ip address of Moodle on WordPress and vice a versa.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks!

Hi,
? Visit your WordPress site. In the WordPress site, go to ‘settings ? Permalink’. In Permalinks, please check if the selected permalink is ‘Post name’
? OK? Check if you have any security plugins in WordPress which are blocking the API requests. If yes, then test the connection by disabling those plugins or by white-listing your Moodle IP in the WordPress security plugin.
? Wordfence. I put the IP correctly, as indicated by Wordfence itself -> Allowlisted IP addresses that bypass all rules? Check all courses on the Moodle site (Category/Sub-Category Wise) and ensure no course is incomplete with “Copying/Restoration” in progress state. Either delete the course or restore it completely.
? I actually created two simple courses as an example, just one topic with information for the student. These two courses appear normally in WordPress.? If you have any middleware used for caching like Cloudflare, then please allow requests from the Moodle IP or add page rule for this URL: siteurl/wp-json/edwiser-bridge
? I was using the WP Super Cache plugin and now I’m testing Redis, we love plugins for WordPress? Check with your server management team for Moodle and WordPress and ensure that you have whitelisted ip address of Moodle on WordPress and vice versa.
? Both systems are on the same IP. The difference is that Moodle is on subdomain and WordPress is on normal domainThanks
Hello?@kklo
Greetings!
Thank you for confirming the following details.
Could you please confirm if you have updated Edwiser Bridge plugin to the latest version 2.2.6 on the Moodle and WordPress sites?
Please update the plugins and confirm if the test connection issue persists?
Thanks,
Team Edwiser
Hi, @dharmeshbarot
I gave up using the plugin. I tried on several servers, with almost every browser.
It could be a configuration or a bug, but unfortunately I have a deadline to deliver the service.
Thanks a lot for the help. Thanks
Hello?@kklo
We understand you may be facing a deadline and need to find a solution quickly. And sometimes plugins may have bugs or compatibility issues that the development team may not be aware of.
We want to assure you that we are committed to finding a solution that works for you. Let us know if you would like to discuss this further and we will be happy to schedule a call or a meeting.
Thanks,

Hi, @dharmeshbarot
I decided to make an exclusive development installation for the edwise plugin.
I continue to receive the same error message, as shown in the attached images.
I would like to know what can happen with this error?
Image 07, shows the last configuration step. At this point I click on the “Continue Setup on WordPress” button and image 08 appears.https://www.transfernow.net/dl/20230125GAxH56YA – Image
ThanksHello @kklo
Thank you for sharing the screen grabs. We have reviewed all of them and we are inclined to believe that you may have used WordPress URL as wordpress.local/v1/ instead of https://wordpress.local/v1/ kindly check the settings and ensure you have entered the WordPress URL rightly. Thereafter, check if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, please bring it to our attention.
Thanks,
Team Edwiser

Ok,
Sorry, the problem may even be very simple, but I can’t find the wordpress.local/v1/ link, could you inform me better?
Hello?@kklo
Kindly check the WordPress URL on the Moodle site.
Navigate to the Moodle site ? Site administration ? Plugins ? Edwiser Bridge ? Settings ? WordPress Site ? WordPress URL
