    Hello @kklo

    Hi, @dharmeshbarot

I did exactly what the tutorial says, I even disabled Wordfence and WP Super Cache and it still has the same error.

The attempt to disable these plugins is to see the connection working and then configure the IP and permissions

    Moodle, it’s in a subdomain, I don’t think it’s a problem

    Thanks

    hi @dharmeshbarot

I believe so, because all WordPress users were imposed for Moodle, or is there a specific way to do this verification?

    Thanks

    Hi, @dharmeshbarot

I created a course in Moodle and the import in WordPress worked.

    Hello @kklo

To verify the virtual bridge connectivity between WordPress and Moodle you may run a test connection on WordPress and Moodle and the connection should read “successful”

    ? WordPress ? Edwiser Bridge ? Settings ? Connections ? Test Connection.
    ? Moodle ? Site Admin. ? Plugins ? Edwiser Bridge ? Settings ? WordPress ? Test Connection.

    Thanks,

    Hello @kklo

    > Please ensure you are using Edwiser Bridge v 2.2.2 on the Moodle site & 2.2.5 on the WordPress site.

    > Purge caching on the Moodle/WordPress/Browser

    > Check on the Moodle > > Site Admin > Edwiser Bridge > Settings > Summary (Tile) and check if shows any error if no errors are displayed then the integration should work rightly.

    Thanks,

    Hello @kklo

Right ticks in the General Settings Summary confirm the successful bridge connectivity. However, the latest version of the Edwiser Bridge plugin is v2.2.2. So please download and install the latest plugins from the following URL ? https://edwiser.org/wp-content/uploads/edd/2022/10/edwiserbridge.zip

Thereafter, recheck the Edwiser Bridge’s Summary tile on the Moodle site.

    Hi, @dharmeshbarot

I’m believing it’s a bug in the system, because it’s not working.

Synchronization is from courses to WordPress, but without Moodle connection to WordPress.

You have plans to resolve this bug, I would love to buy this plugin in 2023, but it is not working.

    Thanks

    Hi, @dharmeshbarot

After doing the necessary installations for more than 2 times without success, I started the synchronization through Moodle, and then to WordPress, everything works.

If I shut down my computer and restart this connection an error appears as described above. Is this common?

The synchronism of users, are they only for users related to a course in Moodle or are all users even without courses also imported into WordPress?

    Thanks
