Connecting with WooCommerce IOS app

    I am trying to log in to my Woocommerce IOS app but it tells me i need to have the Jetpack plugin installed and connected to my store.

    I have had my Host check everything at their end but there is no issues and they can confirm Jetpack is installed and activated in WordPress.

    I have deactivated the plugin, I have also removed and reinstalled the plugin but nothing has got it working.

    Please help
