Hello, Its such a great plugin. I want to understand something regarding this Whatsapp messages. In Pro version of this kivicare plugin, We can connect Twilio for SMS / Whatsapp messages.I have some questions. Please make me clear

    1. After connecting with SID and auth token from Twilio, How will be the pricing calculated in Twilio? I mean is that conversational messages / per message price?
    2. We can able to edit the message templates right. In that After the appointment booking, clinic, doctor and patient getting the messages. but I wanted to add cancel the appointment button. What is the dynamic code for cancelling the appointment. ( Plugin also have the template for cancelled appointment, but how will it consider that the appointment is cancelled without having cancel button)

    Thank you.

    Greetings,

    1) For pricing details, please refer to the Twilio pricing page at https://www.twilio.com/en-us/pricing.

    2) To cancel an appointment, you have two options:

    • Edit the upcoming appointment and set the status to “Cancelled.”
    • Utilize the delete button from the appointment list in the Kivicare dashboard; this action will automatically mark the appointment as cancelled. For a hands-on experience, you can explore the demo at https://demo.kivicare.io/.

Additionally, if you are a Kivicare Pro user, you can initiate a support ticket by visiting https://iqonic.desky.support/.

    Best regards,
