Connecting W. Press to my hostmonster web provider

Hi there
I have a web page with Host M. and Word P. as a plug in. And it failed to work after a time. The tech deleted my plug ins to my site and I re applied to W.P. and now it isn’t linked to my page.
I know nothing about changing urls or ftls and things like that.
I just want W.P. to be the dashboard I struggle with when I’m working on my page. Does anyone know about this?
It took me an hour just to register again with W.P. and then the forum, so I’m a little computer dumb.
