Connecting Trustpilot page to plugin

Successfully downloaded the plugin, but I’m stuck on the first step of setting it up where I need to connect my Trustpilot page to the plugin.

Although I type in the correct Company Name it doesn’t connect. It’s unclear whats going on since there is no feedback after I attempt to search for my company, it just refreshes the page with no changes.

It’s worth noting that I set up the plugin successfully on a different WordPress site using the same email/username.
