Connecting to the library failed

  • Hi, when I try to insert a template from the library, it shows an error occurred saying that connecting to the library failed, I’ve tried reloading the page and insert template again but still have the error issue.

  • I am getting the same problem, hopefully they can solve this issue otherwise I will go with divi instead

    I am having the same issue. I’ve been searching everywhere for a resolution, but no luck.

    I’m also having this issue. It says I’m connected to the library, then when I try to insert a template, it says “An error occurred. The following error(s) occurred while processing the request: Connecting to the Library failed. Please try reloading the page and try again”
