Connecting to Help Scout

    Hi,

    I’m trying out this plugin at the moment.

    Nothing appears in my settings or tools menu in my WordPress admin. Should something be there? If not, do I just place the shortcodes on a particular page?

    Does this require the HelpScout API, same as your other Help Scout Desk plugin?

    Hello,

    I want to apologize that I wasn’t able to respond to these in a reasonable time…since this is a new plugin I forgot to setup notifications.

    Anyway, there has been a couple updates without a version update. This is because this plugin is officially not yet released. So if you were to download again and updated version would be installed and you’ll be able to see the new admin.

    Also, yes, a Help Scout account with API access is required.
