Connecting to google goes back and does nothing

    I can’t sync with google during the setup. I was able to connect to wordpress but can’t sync with google. When I click it asks me for permissions, I allow, accept all and then it does back with connect button. When I do it over again it says that woocommerce already has some permissions and nothing happens. My e-mail address is correct. There are no any fatal errors in logs. Tried on incognito mode, same effect.

    Thanks for sharing your experience.

    You can resolve the issue by completely disconnecting the current connection and setting it up afresh. To do this:

    • Go to this debug page: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
    • Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
    • Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
    • Go to Marketing > Google Listing & Ads and initiate the connection.

    That should allow you to complete the setup. If you come across any issues, please create a support thread so we can help further.
