Connecting to Facebook

I’ve got a client who uses WP for their site and also maintains a Facebook site which they use much more frequently. Is there an easy way to integrate the two? For example, they are always posting announcements about specials (they’re a restaurant) on the FB fan page while their actual website sits static. Is there a way to allow them to post stuff on FB and have it show up on the site itself (or vice versa)? I’m thinking this kind of dynamic content would increase their standing with Google as well as allow them to advertise to people who might not be on FB. However, I think that having to post things twice is going to be a big barrier for them.
