• I’m building an ecommerce site for the first time with Woocommerce – who recommend that email customisation is put in to a child theme – something else I am doing for the first time.
    Using Thrive Theme Builder
Created thrive-theme-child using Child Theme Configurator plugin.

How can I set the Kadence Woocommerce Email Designer to work with the child theme?
The Settings/Impoprt-Export seems to default to the parent theme with no options.

    A non-techie – limited to copy/paste and following instructions!

    Hi Bruce,
The Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer should function normally in your child theme as it would with a parent theme. You would still customize the plugin the same way. If the plugin is active, you can access the email customizer from WooCommerce > Email Customizer. Does this work for you?

    Best,
    Hannah
