• Connecting Path (social media app) to self-hosted WP site using Jetpack – through the Path app I connect to wordpress.com and choose the blog. When I get to the admin login for the blog I can’t log-in to approve connection – it’s almost like the button isn’t working?

    From what I’ve seen/heard from Path they’re saying the issue is with Jetpack. Any ideas? My WP site and Jetpack are all up-to-date, using Path on iPhone 6, ios8.

    Could you try to deactivate all other plugins on your site, one at a time, starting with security or maintenance plugins that may restrict access or log in to your site, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin?

    I just turned all of the plugins off except for Jetpack – same thing is happening. Get to the point of logging into wp-admin through Path app and nothing happens. Like ‘log in’ button isn’t working.

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
