Connecting FTP with google cloud hosting

Hi i am trying to resolve a critical error on my wordpress site that is being hosted on google cloud platform, for that i tried to add ftp on VM my website is not working at all and i now see ftpp.php uploaded thrice how do it delete it? any help would be greatly appreciated
