Connecting Facebook API

    I’m very confused as to how to also use the API with this plugin? Where do I insert my Token? And will this (like some people have found) simply result in events being counted 2 times? Thank you for any guidance.

    I understand you are facing difficulties setting up the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

    Please note that Facebook for WooCommerce has an automated process for linking your site with your Facebook account. These details are explained in screenshots in this guide.

    If you are being asked for API Keys or Tokens, share a screenshot with me and I will be happy to look into that.

    Regarding your question about duplicate events, all the data is deduplicated based on a unique event ID, so there’s no concern about the same events being counted twice.

    Thank you for your quick response. I am quite new to this – so my question might not be appropriate – however I have beene encouraged to use the API token on my site in addition to the pixel and my question was if your plugin handles the pixel, does it also work with the API token? If I want to install/use the API token on my site, should I use a different plugin to manage that? Perhaps your plugin is not the right fit for me – since I need to use the API?

    Could you please share more information about the API Token you are referring to? Which API you are planning to use?
