Connecting Easy Opt-ins with Campaign Monitor list

I’ve added the Campaign Monitor API key and Client ID but the plugin still says “No List selected. You will not be able to use this form.” I can’t see how to add a specific list (unlike in your Mailchimp video, there doesn’t appear to be that option). Can you help?
