connecting custom post types

  • If I have a custom post type “contacts” and a custom post type “addresses”.

    I would want to see a list of pickable contacts when I edit an address

    and

    I would want to see a list of pickable addresses when I edit a contact

    can that be done?

    probably via a smart custom field that first selects country, city and then gives a list of options for addresses.

    and for the contact list a smart custom field which first lets you select a b c d etc… and then gives the list of contacts
