Connecting clients to people

What plugin(s) do you recommend if I want to allow a customer to pay to email someone one time, pay to connect via audio call, and pay for a set subscription?
Follow up question re: email – how would I encrypt the email?
What plugin would I use for the audio call?
What plugin would I use for the subscription (maybe this means 5 emails in a month)?
