    After some site changes, I can no longer connect to the keyy app by scanning the QR code from my dashboard, which means I cannot login by scanning the keyy wave (old way still works (username + password)).

    1. Keyy stopped working after I changed “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” to use “https” (instead of “http”).
    2. To be able to login, I temporarily disabled keyy by renaming its plugin folder (to “keyy_”).
    3. With the keyy plugin disabled, I successfully logged in the old way (username + password).
    4. Once logged in, I changed the name of the keyy plugin folder back to its correct value (“keyy”).
    5. I deleted the site item in the keyy app on my phone.
    6. I tried to re-connect by scanning the keyy QR code from my dashboard, but this failed. It seemed like the code was accepted, but the site never appeared in the keyy app.

    How can I solve this? Keyy is very convenient (when it works).
    Keyy version: 1.2.0
    Keyy still works for another other site of mine, but not this one.

    @mazqin Thanks for contacting.
    For the security of your account, could you please respond to [email protected] with the answers for below questions:

    1. What was the device last used with your Keyy account?
    2. What are the usernames and URLs of any sites connected to your Keyy account?

    Once you confirm, we will do the needful.

    Will do, thanks for answering. Sorry for multiple posts, but my first post seemed to have disappeared, so I posted again.
