Connecting a website

I was having issues importing a template I wanted to use and got a few errors telling me my site wasn’t connected. After a few trying to fix a few bugs, I was able to get some help from their customer support chat and a lady named Merissa who was extremely helpful and able to fix my issue within 10 minutes.
