Connected with no errors but syncing 0/33757 products

    Hello,

    I’ve got it set up successfully. It’s connected with no errors. Except…

    I have 33757 products eligible, and it says this: Sync with Google:
    Automatically synced to Google
    Last updated: 6 June 2021, 02:55pm, containing 0 products

    I also have an active Smart Shopping campaign that it’s not seeing.

    What’s gone wrong?

    Thanks for the message and sorry to hear of your difficulties.

    Some questions to help us get to the bottom of this…

    * What version of Google Listings & Ads are you using?
    * If you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and look for a google-listings-and-ads-xxxxx.log file – are there any errors you can share?
    * Could you please check the WooCommerce > Status and ensure it has a tick next to WordPress cron?

    It might be handy to be able to see your full system status report – do that I’d recommend contacting us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been discussed.

    Hi Jason,

    I’m using Version 1.1.0 and there are no error logs.

    There is a green tick next to WordPress cron.

    I’ll open a support ticket for the system status report.

    (sorry for all the edits, I haven’t had coffee yet)
