    Hi,

    I installed the CookieYes plugin in WordPress and there it says: “Your website is connected to CookieYes”. However… in the webapp it says the cookie banner status is inactive and that the installation code isn’t added to my site. Therefore I can’t change settings, right? Please help.

    Greetings from CookieYes!

    Kindly double-check to ensure that you have logged into the correct account that is connected to the plugin. The plugin’s dashboard displays the email address of the connected account, as shown in the screenshot below.


    To ensure that the email ID matches in the CookieYes web app dashboard, you can log out of the app and click on the “Go to Web App” button in the plugin. This will direct you to the appropriate dashboard.
