• hey the fonction connected menu don’t work, i’m using free astra plugin.
    i have set 3 menu on my website the main menu, the menu for hidden content and the menu for connected account. I can put my main menu using customize header but i can’t put my menu for connected account.
    I would like to see on my website my main menu when i’m not connected and disable it when i’m connected to see my connected menu (like “if menu” plugin) ?

    I don’t know why but when i’m on my logged (not wp default logged out page) out page and only on this page my logged in menu work, hope it can help you to solve my problem thanks

    thanks for the response i can’t be more precise i have different menu one for connected user and one for not connected user your plugin give opportunity to make a connected menu but this functionnality don’t work so i’m using a plugin now. I prefer to post my request here because your support don’t give the opportunity to the community to check topic so it will help one person not the entire community if they need help i think it’s better to share problems and solution in public topic.

    What did you mean by connected user and not connected user. Did you mean logged-in and logged-out user?

    There’s no feature on the Astra theme to have a different Menu for logged-in and logged-out users. Or do I have myself completely miss it? ??

    Regarding posting your query here on the forum. I completely agree and will not argue with that. However, sometimes we need to take a closer look at the site. That is why we, sometimes, ask the users to open a ticket thru our Support Portal. We also replied much faster there, just FYI. The users can always post the solution/workaround on the thread once the issue gets solved.
