I just checked on your ticket.

I could see the issue resolved and it was related to Mautic Cache which got resolved on clearing the same and reconnecting with the Username and Password.

I have this exact problem. I have cleared Mautic Cache and WP cache, but the problem is still there. I authenticated with OATH 2 API (as Username and pass doesnt work)

My own url has something wlse – https://my url.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=automate-mautic&tab=auth_mautic

That’s strange!

As the Mautic Username and Password authentication should work, also could you please clear the cache of your Mautic and reconnect the Mautic using Username and Password.

And if the issue persists, you can reach out to us from our Support Portal.

Your support team assisted me connect properly using the username and pass system.
But now, I realise the WP registrations and COmmenters are not dropping into Mautic, despite the settings I did
