Connected but account status issue

    Hi,

    I have the following error in account status:
    “Please conect to Elastic Email API or complete the profile Complete your profile or
    connect to Elastic Email API to start using the plugin.”
    Connection test shows connected with supplied api key. All mandatory account details are complete, email and phone verication done, all spf/dkim records etc. verified.

    As far as I can see I’ve done everything needed, so I don’t understand the error.
