Connect with PayPal Error

Have you get any specific error in error log? I mean any function with file path which is causing this issue.

Could you try deactivating all other plugins on the website except for EDD and then try again? Wondering if there is something blocking access to the file.

Deactivated all plugins except EDD. Unfortunately the same error: Unexpected response code: 403. Error: null

@degtard have you checked that you already are an approved partner to use the PayPal Commerce Platform solution? I had a similar 403 issue with my site, that would be triggered if I was using a PayPal account other than the one for which I was approved as a partner.
