    Dear Jectpack Support

    When I try to connect to social media account it keeps failing, and it keeps showing ‘unexpected error occurred’.
    I have a screenshot for the error here
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for sharing that! I’ve taken a look there, and I can see that the Jetpack connection looks solid! To troubleshoot this, I’d highly suggest if you disabled your plugins (just temporarily) while keeping Jetpack active, and trying to connect your Facebook account again.

    If that persists, please contact us via this contact form so we can investigate this further and have it escalated if needed.

    Hello,
    thanks for fast response,
    I guess deactivating all plugins may cause a damage to the website. Is there any other way to make it work without deactivating plugins.

    Hi there,

    I understand your hesitation to deactivate your site’s plugins especially when it’s live. I’ve just looked into that error you’re seeing again and it looks like the server error is on the Facebook side, which Jetpack doesn’t have any control over. I’d recommend trying again maybe from a different browser for good measure.
