    Hello,

I purchased your “Marketing” upgrade today and downloaded both it and the connection plugin on my wordpress multisite, activating both.

On my primary site (www.mnea-engagementcenter.org), the Connect dashboard is blocked, although the prompt “The Connections directory home page has not been set. Please set it now on the Connections : Settings page under the General tab” appears. This holds true for each page in the dashboard.

On another site in the network, I am able to see the dashboard options with no problem: https://www.mnea-engagementcenter.org/Joplin

Unfortunately, the first site is the site I really need the staff feature for, and is the site I purchased the Market Template for.

    Can you help?

    Thanks very much.

What do you mean the Connections Dashboard is blocked?

I mean, the dashboard shows nothing other than a white page. I see all the options in the the sidebar under the Connect app, so I know it is installed on the site, however, when I select on this app in the sidebar so as to configure the settings for Connect and enable the Market Template, I am unable to do so — all I see for each option is a blank white page with the reminder to set my Connections directory above.

Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if the issue persists?
