I just installed this plugin, running WP 5.4.2 with Woocommerce 4.3.1.
The layout of the plugin also appears to be broken, it just displays all the fields and errors and none of the buttons seem to work. Is there another way to set this up, via an API key?

No javascript errors in the console.

Hi @taropaa, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – What version of PHP are you using?
    – Are there any fatal errors in WooCommerce? (WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs)

Thanks in advance for these details. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

Hi @taropaa, we just wanted to check back with you to see if this was still a problem with our latest plugin (v2.4.5 at the time of this post). Please let us know when you get a moment, we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot further if necessary.

Hi @khungate thank you for your prompt reply and follow-up and sorry for my late reply.

    – Plugin version is 2.4.5
    – My PHP Version is 7.4
    – No fatal error reported by Woocommerce or the server logs.

It seems to be an interface issue. All the options show up on the plugin settings page and none of them work. I am thinking it could be an issue with the javascript.

Curious enough, no errors are shown in the console.

That is odd @taropaa, it almost sounds like there’s a plugin/theme conflict somewhere. Or, possibly a caching issue. Can you take these next steps to see if we can find the culprit?

    – Switch themes to the default, and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Mailchimp for WooCommerce and try again. To learn more, hop over to WooCommerce: Fixing Theme and Plugin Conflicts: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running?
    – Lastly, Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?

@khungate that makes sense. I will try that next and if I succeed, I will let you know which plugin it was.

    Thank you!

@taropaa we’ve released version 2.4.6 today which might resolve your UI related issue. By chance were you using the site in Hebrew? We had found a bug that needed to be addressed in the RTL version that was fixed in this release.
