    Hi,

I’m trying to connect my ebay account – however when clicking “connect to ebay” – I get this message:

    Pardon Our Interruption…
As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

You’re a power user moving through this website with super-human speed.
You’ve disabled JavaScript in your web browser.
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running.

    How can I proceed.

    Thank you.

    Hi @itsmefti

    Thanks for contacting support.

It sounds like there is a problem with eBay seeing your computer as a bot. But it is hard to say for sure, without seeing what you are seeing. I have never heard of, or seen that exact message before. Could you please send us a couple screenshots of what you are seeing?

Is Javascript disabled in your browser? And are you using any third party plugins? Might be a good idea to deactivate all of them and test again if you are.

    Kind regards,

    John

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

Javascript is enabled in browser (chrome). A quick google of the error message and I found that this happens if the link redirects too many times? I’ve also tried in incognito mode without success. Here is the error message:

Look forward to any help and support

    Hi @itsmefti

Thank you for this. Okay, that is not related to WP-Lister, but rather eBay and your computer/IP address.

You are going to have to reach out to eBay seller support about this. I suggest you send them that screenshot and go from there. Simply let them know you are trying to connect an authorized and approved third party plugin (WP-Lister by WPLab) with your eBay account when you receive that message.

You may also want to run this by your host, so they can perform some tests to see if your server/site is blacklisted anywhere that could be causing this kind of issue as well.

    Kind regards,

    John
