Conncect two different Woocommerce stores with two different facebook pages

Hello,
I’m trying to connect a new Woocommerce store to a Facebook page. Before installing this plugin I installed “The Official Facebook Chat Plugin” and I think it connected the website to a Business Manager I’m managing (let’s say “X”). When I try to connect the website to a Facebook page it’s not clickable and tells me “You don’t have permission to change these settings. Contact the administrator of the Business Manager “Y” to gain access.”
Evne though I try to connect it through the “Y” Business Manager, I get a message saying “Contact the administrator of the Business Manager “X” to gain access”.
