Conjunctions on Magic Tag list

Hi there,
I’ve a really simple request:
Inside a text field on an elementor template about a course I’ve inserted this shortcode: [pods]{@related_insegnante}[/pods]

@related_insegnante returns the list of all the course teachers related to the specific course and works perfectly: in case there’s more than one subject in the list the last conjunction used is “and” (i.e. Marta, Maria, Marco and Giovanni). The point is that my website is in italian and I’ve to change this “and” to a simple “e”.

Where may I go to edit this last conjunction?
I’ve searched a lot inside the code but well… there’s too much code! ??
