Congratulations emails and order creation

    A website that I manage runs an annual fundraising auction using WooCommerce and Ultimate Auction for WC. This has worked well for three years but this year I’ve encountered a couple of problems:

    • Congratulations to successful bidders have gone to some unsuccessful bidders though not all
    • When payments have been made via Stripe, a WooCommerce order has not been been created in 3 out of 31 auctions. However an email has been sent to the admin address to confirm that the payment has been made

    Could anyone through any light on what might be happening?
