Congrats on developing a PWA that really works!

  • Having persisted with a paid PWA plugin with dodgy results and free ones that can’t make push notifications work, this plugin is excellent! OK, setting up FCM is a bit tricky but its worth it for the results. Only one suggestion re the customising of the ‘Add to Home Screen’ pop-up… it needs a bit of work to properly align text and buttons. So using the non-customised option instead which is discrete and works just fine. This is a plugin designed to fully integrate with Buddypress… Nice work!

    Thank you, In upcoming release, I will include PWA enhancement for add to home screen popup.

    This plugin has some additional features to integrate it with Mobile apps which are using webview to get subscription token from Mobile app to WordPress site using REST API from this plugin and push notification will be sent to both website and mobile app users.

    In future release, push notification logs, front end subscription icon (currently it is in shortcode), notification subscription in front end under BuddyPress user profile to control subscriptions for front end users and some more enhancements also planned. It will be released by next week.
