Congrats, 2.3.9 breaks my site

    As you describe it, the problem must be related to the upgrade. I have tested the upgrade on many sites and it worked well.

    The problem proved to be related to lacking support for PHP versions older than 5.4.

    The issue has been resolved in v2.3.12.
