    Hi
I have an event that happens every Friday night and goes until 12:30 am the next day, Saturday. This is fine until the Friday falls on the last day of the month. In this situation on the month view, it appears on the Friday (for example, March 31) and then it also appears on the Saturday, April 1. It is confusing if you are looking at the April calendar, because the event shows the start time for the Friday night in the Saturday square. Of course, if you click on it, you can see the actual start date and time. However, this is confusing, because if you didn’t look at the March calendar, it would seem to be a start date and time for Saturday night.
Is there a solution to this? It does not happen very often that the Friday is the last day of the month, but it is confusing when it does happen.

  • Hello Ripple Web Design,

The calendar still has to show the event with minimal verbiage on the date that the event is occurring, in the month view.

The tooltip information window also shows the correct date and time of the event — this pops up whenever a surfer hovers their mouse cursor over the event itself.

As a workaround, you can edit the event to end at 11:59pm instead of overlapping into the next day.
