confusion about wordpress editor!!!!

i have asked many different question and i know answer yet, but i know i have to wait…..
but please i need your help.
whenever i edit my editor- example single.php- after editing the does it will redirect me to my blog here. how do i resolve this?

2. after publishing my post, i wil ge “comment and ping are closed” how do resolve this? i want to make my blog post to be ping and the comments open automatically whenever i post. you can check it out here make money online from home blog
