Confused on WordPress install

    Trying to install WordPress on a new installation, the first data entry block is titled “install on domain”. I entered my domain name, but maybe I was to do that only if I had subdomains. I do not, but I am now unable to clear or delete my entry. How do I get back to a blank field??

    you need to delete the config file it created and then you can start over.

    It’s in the folder root and called wp-config.php
