    Hello,

    Please check the following screenshot:

    https://prnt.sc/Wc70sW5up0Yx

    In drop-ins, object-cache.php is running.

I am trying to setup the plugin for two sites, and these two site are exactly with same configuration.

When testing object cache, None of Storage engine is good for others like Disk, Redis, Memcached.

what might cause the all of Storage Engine does not work please?

Appreciated for your support, and have a nice day.

    Hello @alexliii

Thank you for reaching out. This depends on a lot of things.
You can try enabling OC with some caching methods and testing the website to see if the performance is better or not.
The Setup guide shows the performance while logged in so you may want to repeat the testing process, as there also may be a temporary problem with the test.
In some cases, using Object Cache may not be something you want for the website, and you can try using Database Cache instead.

    Thanks!

So, Enabling both Object cache and Database cache is not recommended please?

    Hello @alexliii

    This depends on the website.
The optimal W3 Total Cache configuration takes into account a number of factors: your theme, your plugins, and the technologies available on the server Since everyone’s site and traffic and theme are different, there is no one size fits all solution. If you know that database is the bottleneck of your website performance, then Object Cache (like Database Cache) is beneficial to use.
W3 Total Cache has a lot of options. This does not mean that you need to enable all of them in order to make your website faster.

    Thanks!
