Confused by dashboard statistics and emails sent

    As seen in this screenshot, https://nimb.ws/K1bxPH, there were 20 abandoned orders but some how there were 86 emails captured and 231 emails sent. How is this possible with just one email enabled and 20 abandoned orders?

    It also appears that two emails are being sent to captured emails though there is only one template set up. See screenshot showing two templates sent a day apart. https://nimb.ws/eXYzLr

    NOTE: this plugin is being used in a multisite installation

    @skigirl1369 I sincerely apologize for the delayed response on my end. If you don’t mind, I’ll need you to create a ticket on our?support tool?so that we can debug this further. This is a user-side issue that we need to fix in a different way.
