Confused about User Roles Access

I’m trying to apply logic from the Visibility feature to show certain filters in a block to only certain users. I’m unsure if what I want is possible, as I can’t figure it out…

1) I want certain blocks shown to ONLY Guests AND the logged-in Customers User Role.
2) I want certain blocks shown to only logged in Wholesale User Role.
3) Of the 19 total blocks, 6 or so will overlap between #1 and #2.

I can’t figure out the exact logic to apply. What am I missing?
