I want to use your plugin, I have tried other A-z listing plugins and your seems to do what I want in the demo better than the others. But I cannot get it to work on my demo template.

I dont have a link to my actual install. but I am using on this on the exact template link I have attached.

I have you demo plugin installed and have tried several settings including modifiying in the DOM field, but I cannot get it to appear. I am unsure what to enter into the DOM field to get it to display. Can you show me what my setting should be if using that template?

    Thanks

I have gotten it to display on my page by using
    .td-main-content-wrap in the DOM feild.

and I see the alpha listing, but even though I have posts in these categories that are plublished, when I click a letter (A for example), nothing shows up below. but my url changes to ?ap=a

I have 2 articles in that category begginning with the letter A
all the letters show a similar behavior.

example of the url I am seeing upon letter click

I think a S/kype session would be better for you training, like this you will not actually get the required help. Could you please reach me through https://www.websitedesignwebsitedevelopment.com/contact

OK, when do you want to do this?
I want to see it actually working on my demo before I purchase.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I emailed you.

Thank You for the tech support call.

I was able to install your plgin on another site, which uses the template called Sahifa. The plugin produces the results as expected on that partoicular template.

so yes, I agree the template is the barrier here.

However I want this to work on my template from TagDiv Newspaper since we are already well underway of implementing this layout for our project and we cannot consider another design.

Do you have any insight on how to get it to produce results from that template?
The TagDiv layout seems to be similar to that of what VisualComposer produces.

I have tried several of the filtering options and none seem to work.

This is the template I have installed.

    thanks again.

For all of those who face the same issues, here is a tip.

Check your theme and look for the index.php, archive.php and category.php. You might be missing one of them or 2. Simply copy and paste from the twentyseventeen theme and it will start working.

For visual composer, you might will require PRO version because it will involve something custom instead of archives.
