    Hi

I have sent 3 support requests to Ninja forms over several weeks and had no responses so thought I would try here.

I have as simple enquiry which I have been unable to get an answer to. I am using ninja forms and have a mail chimp account. I know you can use the ninja forms mnailchimp plugin to sign up to campaigns but is there a way to use mail chimp templates for conformation emails ? The only option I am aware of is using HTML to style this and both mine and others efforts look awful and are unresponsive. I did have a message from ninja on my previous enquiry a while back (not about mail chimp) but they suggested a recommended developer who wanted to charge $800 to just style a confirmation email which is a crazy fee for something I believe should be a standard feature

    Any help or advice appreciated

Hey @adminel! I don’t see any requests that old that haven’t been answered. We reply to almost every issue within 48 hours for our users, even faster for our paid users.

Email HTML is really tricky, different email clients render HTML and styling differently (much more differently than different browsers).

Our MailChimp addon allows you to enable double opt-in with MailChimp, which sends the email from their service, not ours. For your use case that’s probably the best option without hiring a designer to create a custom template for you.

A customized HTML email certainly is a standard feature, and you’re certainly able to modify the styling and structure of the Ninja Forms emails, but doing that without the knowledge of what does/doesn’t work in email clients is a nightmare (I know because I’ve tried).

We would like to have some prebuilt templates at some point in the future, but I don’t have an ETA for when something like that would be available, unfortunately.

Because we only check these forums once per week, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us here with any followup questions in order to get a timely response: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/ There, we offer support free support directly to our Ninja Forms users with significantly more privacy and a faster response time.

Zack, I have a similar question. I just loaded Ninja Forms and it seems easy to use and effective but I am also having a hard time getting the email sent back to my admin email. I host on GoDaddy and use Office 365 email. Don’t I need to put my password in somewhere so Ninja can send emails from my account?

Well I sent another support request to you the way you requested and yet again no response at all. Very poor it was the same day you sent your message on here I expected a lot better. Even more shocking is that it was actually a purchase request so you lost a sale too.

I am obviously going to get no support from Ninja forms so is there anyone who has successfully styled an email in HTML with ninja forms so it is optimised for all devices. Out of the box it looks poor and their suggestion to use a developer that charges 800 dollars is obviously crazy who would pay 800 dollars to style one email saying we have received your request. Any advice on how to use HTML to style appreciated

    Regards
