    Hi,

I’m not a developer and I’m trying to solve my problem on my own. After reading the first post on this forum, here’s what I did:

    • Created a stagging to do my tests
    • Purge and empty the WP Rocket cache (with no effect), then completely deactivate the plugin.
    • Download and activate the “Hello” theme

Here’s the problem: the elementor accordion widget seems to conflict with the RGPD complianz plugin.

    • If I accept cookies, the accordion widget becomes unusable (on click, it keeps opening and closing).
    • If I refuse cookies, the widget works normally.
    • The problem is visible on firefox / chrome / edge (I haven’t tested it, by the way).

One solution might be to whitelist the right file (the one that loads the elementor widget management) in complianz, but I don’t know what the right file is? I’m not sure that’s where the problem lies either.

    Regards,
    Laurent
