Conflit between Sydney theme and Elementor

    Hi,

    It seems there is an issue with Elementor because the tab, ‘bascule’ and ‘accordéon’ widget are blocked with the template ‘elementor canevas’, mostly on firefox.

    According to the support of Elementor:

    “There is a JavaScript error in the developer console while browsing your site which may explain why you are having difficulties with these elements. The errors seem to be related to the Sydney theme, but may also be interfering with Elementor’s JavaScript functionality. Please try switching temporarily to one of the default WordPress themes like Twenty Seventeen then check again to see if the error persists. If the problem goes away with the Sydney theme disabled, you may need to contact the author of the theme to have them correct this issue on your behalf.”

    i just update but the issue is still present: the tab, ‘bascule’ and ‘accordéon’ widget are blocked with the template ‘elementor canevas’.

    Hi,

    Please note that the issue was in the Sydney theme, not in the Sydney Toolbox plugin. So that’s what you need to update if you haven’t already. And the issue was fixed last week.

    Try to clear your cache and have another look, if not email me your site at vlad[at]athemes.com
