More for info for anyone searching this problem online than for any tech support.

You may find if you use WebInterpret for WooCommerce that the post requests from WebInterpret are blocked by this plugin.

Just be sure to whitelist the IP addresses for the WebInterpret webservices within WP Spamshield and you’ll have no problems.

    Hi Andrew,

We don’t provide support via the forums here, so unfortunately that probably won’t help other users to post info like this here. The best way for WP-SpamShield users to find solutions is to check our Troubleshooting Guide and FAQs, and then contact our tech support team if those don’t solve the issue. That info (along with links) are all in the plugin’s settings page, and in the plugin documentation.

If you feel there is a conflict, please report is to us via the support URL so we can look into it.

    – Steven
