  • Hi Sjoerd,

can you please share the URL where the form is added and the image slider is found, so I can take a look?

    Let me know!

    Hi Sjoerd,

took me a while since I wanted to test it out on a test website. I was able to install the slider plugin, and add a slider to a page by adding their shortcode to the editor.

As a result, both the slider and the form were working correctly.

I am thinking it’s a conflict caused by a different plugin you are using. Does your slider work on pages where you don’t have an optin form?

One way to find the conflict would be to temporarily disable all plugins except the slider plugin, and activate them one-by-one, constantly reloading the page. This way, you would be able to find the plugin which is causing the conflict.

Let me know if you require any assistance. I am marking this thread as resolved, as it’s not Optin Forms that is causing the issue. However, feel free to leave a reply if you need any help.

    Hi Boris,

Thank you very much for your help! Yes, the slider is working on a page where I don’t use Optin Form and the problems started after installing and placing the form on the home page. That’s why I think that OF caused the problem. I will try to test it without other plugins. Thanks!

    Hi Sjoerd,

I really wish we could fix this for you. As I said, it’s working on my end ??

How did you add the optin form to the page? With automatic placement options, or by placing the shortcode?

    Hi Boris,

I did this via the shortcode

    Hi Sjoerd,

have you tried the method where you temporarily disable other plugins?
